This was amazing and it looked just like it did in the book!
I am going to make this again and next time I plan to make a few changes like adding some extra veg and using some other beans aswell.
It looked so beautiful... I almost didn't want to eat it. I will take a photo of it next time and share the recipe for anyone who fancies a vegetarian feast!
Main ingredients were, Onion, Cannelloni beans, potato, tomato puree, tomatos, courgette and s sprinkling of cheese... Served with mountains of our favourite garden peas :O)
Again I added my own touch to this one like a sprinkling of cayenne pepper for a little kick and next time I think I can bump this up a point on the rating!
